You can find the serial number in the Main Menu of the Sunny Beam. Navigate through the menu points “Service > Diagnostics > Device Information” and select the item “Sunny Beam” or an inverter. The device information of the selected device is now displayed.
If the display of the Sunny Beam Bluetooth® is dark, the display can be switched on by pressing the rotary switch, the Sunny Beam Bluetooth® opens the first graphic “Yield today”. Pressing the button again takes you from the Graphic view into the Main Menu.
Alternatively, you can view the serial number by removing the cover of the battery compartment and looking through the gap above the battery. The type label can be found underneath the compartment.
