Mất Kết Nối Inverter Trong Sunny Portal Và SMA Cluster Controller

All inverters that were captured with the SMA Cluster Controller via SMA Com Gateway, are not displayed in Sunny Portal.
All inverters are displayed in the SMA Cluster Controller.

Solution
 

1. Disconnect the SMA Com Gateway from the SMA Cluster Controller
2. Disconnect the RS485 bus
3. Reset the SMA Com Gateway
4. Connect the SMA Com Gateway to the SMA Cluster Controller and check the system tree (green dot)
5. Connect the RS485 bus and perform device acquisition
6. Register the SMA Cluster Controller again

All inverters should then be displayed in Sunny Portal.

 

For the installation, proceed as follows

1. Start the SMA Cluster Controller
2. Connect the SMA Com Gateway to the SMA Cluster Controller
3. Connect the RS485 bus to the SMA Com Gateway and perform the acquisition

Background:
The SMA Com Gateway makes an automatic detection during the first commissioning.
If the SMA Com Gateway is not connected to the SMA Cluster Controller before, an incorrect time stamp is set*. This time stamp is indicated by the Sunny Portal as obsolete and the data is discarded.

* If the SMA Cluster Controller has been out of operation for more than 14 days, the time is lost.
