Faster display in the Sunny Portal: change your Sunny WebBox upload settings
An inadequately stable communication of the Sunny WebBox (GSM WebBox with weak reception signal strength) can lead to PV plant data in the Sunny Portal being displayed with a time delay of several days or even weeks. Thus daily and monthly reports are incomplete. This problem can be corrected by changing the Sunny WebBox upload setting (see appendix) or by improving the signal strength.
In the case of instable data transmission, data that is not sent is retained in the Sunny Portal buffer (WebBox -> Info -> Sunny Portal Buffer Load).
To keep the load as low as possible, the option “Maximum number of upload attempts in the time window” should be reduced. An example of a successfully tested upload setting is illustrated in the appendix. In the case of large plants with many devices a further reduction may prove to be expedient.
