- Make sure that you have properly connected your devices and Sunny WebBox based on the Installation Manuals.
- Using your laptop, open your favorite browser.
- Enter your Sunny WebBox IP address in the browser, ex: 192.168.0.168 (or based on your configurations)
- Login to Sunny WebBox using Installer Password (Note: Default password is: sma)
- In the Sunny WebBox Menu, click on Plant , then Detection
- Set “Total number of devices to be detected:” to 1, then click on “Start Detection”. (Note: Always set number of devices to 1 to avoid endless loop)
- Sunny WebBox will start detecting the connected devices. Please wait until all devices are detected. If some devices were not detected, then please review your installation.
