Can Bluetooth® Piggy-Backs be used in all string inverters?
(jh) You would like to install a Bluetooth® Piggy Back (BTPBINV) in a string inverter to be able to communicate with Sunny Explorer or Sunny Beam Bluetooth®, for example.
Bluetooth® Piggy-Back (BTPBINV) can NOT be retrofitted in SWR-type SMA inverters (string-inverters).
The only exception is the SWR 2500 (current firmware required!).
Alternatively, the inverter can be modified, for example, to RS485.
