Energy” error message
Sunny Boy Control detected a deviation in the feed-in yield of an inverter. The message is output when an inverter has fed in less than the set percentage value of the average energy yield of all comparable devices. Among other factors, this may be attributable to differing conditions at the module field of a PV plant, e.g. partially covered by snow.
As such, for the winter months we recommend reducing the configurable percentage value, thereby increasing the tolerance for the average value. At 0%, for example, no error message is displayed at all.
You can set the tolerance value in the Sunny Boy Control menu under: “Settings > System > Tolerances > Energy”.
The installer password has to be entered before the value can be readjusted.
