When logging in to Sunny Portal, an encrypted connection will be made.
This encrypted connection can be identified in the browser address bar by the entry “https” (see information).
Please log out again.
Then, do not set a check mark in the SSL checkbox and log in again. Where necessary, update the URL in your Favorites.
Alternative:
- Delete the “s” from https in the address bar
- Then press the enter key (DO NOT press the F5 key or select Update)
