Why doesn’t the system search find any devices (Sunny Beam with Bluetooth®)?
Please check to see if the devices in your Bluetooth® PV plant are within the radio range of Sunny Beam. Place the Sunny Beam closer to a device of your Bluetooth® PV plant. If this is not possible, you can use the SMA Bluetooth® Repeater to cover any dead zones.
The SMA Bluetooth® Repeater allows you to bypass ceilings, walls, or distances up to 100 meters between the devices in the Bluetooth® network.
All inverters with an SMA Bluetooth® Piggy-Back must be in feed-in operation to be detected. Therefore, please check whether the devices in your Bluetooth® PV plant are operating.
Another possibility is that NetID 0 (Bluetooth® off) or NetID 1 has been set for the devices. Sunny Beam cannot detect devices with NetID 1.
