Dear Customer,
You are currently using the Sunny Home Manager from SMA in combination with the Edimax Smart Plug SP-2101W and Smart Plug SP-2101W V2 radio-controlled sockets.
As a result of an update to the Smart Plug firmware by Edimax, the models mentioned above are temporarily incompatible with Sunny Home Manger devices (SHM-20). SMA and Edimax is already working intensively on a solution to restore compatibility.
This will affect all customers who have manually updated the Edimax radio-controlled socket to firmware version 3.0. If you are affected by this problem, please contact Edimax directly to reset the Smart Plug radio-controlled socket to an older firmware version.
To reset the radio-controlled socket to an earlier version, Edimax made the following two manuals available.

If you have not carried out an update yet, we kindly ask you to wait until further notice to maintain compatibility with our Sunny Home Manager.
Edimax will inform you as soon as the firmware update guarantees the compatibility of the radio-controlled sockets with the Sunny Home Manager again.
