Unstable transmission
Most likely, Sunny Beam is too far away from your Bluetooth PV plant, or the wireless connection between Sunny Beam and your PV plant is faulty. This disturbance may be caused by walls or ceilings absorbing too many of the radio waves.
Position the Sunny Beam closer to a device in your Bluetooth PV plant. If this is not possible, you can use either a Bluetooth Piggy-Back PLUS (retrofit kit) or the SMA Bluetooth® Repeater to cover the dead zones.
Another option is to monitor the plant using several masters at various locations (where possible; e.g. Sunny Beam, Sunny Explorer) simultaneously. Up to four masters can be used (caution: Limitations in a few inverters).On the other hand, multiple masters can slow communication in the system even further.
