Daily statistics: Upload {…} bytes, download {…} bytes
This is a status information message that is displayed at midnight. It shows how much data has been uploaded to Sunny Portal.
This information can, where needed, be useful to an experienced installer or to SMA Service for checking whether the Sunny WebBox is transmitting data.
Corrective measures:
If the information shows that not enough data has been transmitted, we recommend:
- Checking the GSM reception
- Checking whether the internet connection is stable and continuous
- Ensuring that the router is not switched off overnight
If the amount of data is always exactly 2 kB, the Sunny WebBox was able to upload the data correctly to the Sunny Portal, but the files had no content. An interruption in the RS485 bus is a possible cause of this.
