Thiết Bị Mới (Loads) Được Xác Nhận Như Thế Nào?

How are new devices detected (automatically or must this be triggered manually?)

(jh) The devices (e.g. inverter, washing machine, radio-controlled socket) are detected automatically. The Sunny Home Manager tries the last known five Bluetooth passwords. However, the new device must be added to the system manually in Sunny Portal.

If a neighbor has his passwords still set to “1111”, then the inverter could, for example, have its password changed inadvertently. The same applies for example for the Sunny Explorer and the Sunny WebBox.

If the setting for “Data request interval” is set to “hourly” or “daily”, it is almost impossible to add new devices. This is because with a communication interval of “hourly” or “daily”, the Sunny Home Manager only fetches a new command from the Sunny Portal once per hour or day. In the case of a system expansion or a device replacement, several communications steps are required.

It is recommended that the communications interval be set to “automatic” at first if larger changes to the configuration are being made (e.g. when adding or replacing a device). This setting is effective after an hour/day. The changes to the configuration can then be made.
