This message signalizes that a device in the system was not recognized, because the firmware versions of the integrated devices are not compatible with each other.
Corrective measures:
Update the firmware in the inverters, the data logger, and where necessary any other further devices (e.g. Sunny SensorBox) to the latest versions.
We recommend the activation of the automatic update for the data logger and the connected SMA devices, as described in the data logger user manual. The updates will usually be loaded at night and installed either on the same or the following night.
Alternatively, the latest firmware for most device types is available in the download area at https://www.sma.de/en/service/downloads.html.
