You have commissioned a Sunny Tripower and would like to send the system data to Sunny Portal.
Sunny Data Control is used as a communication program.
Communication between the Sunny Tripower and Sunny Data Control is via RS485
Whenever Sunny Data Control and the Sunny Tripower communicate via the RS485 protocol, data from the Sunny Tripower can be read and sent to the Sunny Portal.
A condition for this is that you must be using version 3.9x of the Sunny Data Control.
Communication between the Sunny Tripower and Sunny Data Control is via Bluetooth®
Sunny Data Control version 4.0 and the Sunny Tripower cannot communicate via Bluetooth® .
With Sunny Data Control (version 4.0), Bluetooth communication can be established (e.g. for data exchange with Sunny Boy SBx000TL-20 with firmware As the Sunny Tripower uses the “DATA II+” protocol, Sunny Data Control and the Sunny Tripower are not compatible.
Please note:
Data queried with the Sunny Data Control V4.0 via Bluetooth® (e.g. for SB 4000TL-20/SB 5000TL-20 with firmware cannot be sent to the Sunny Portal!
