The increased self-consumption is controlled for the total power across all three phases. This total power is recorded by the external energy meters and communicated to the Sunny Backup.
As a result, in system S, M and L, the load on all line conductors is included.
With system S, in contrast to the other systems, the battery is only discharged if the electric current is also consumed on the backup line conductor. Therefore, loads that are also heavily used in the evenings should be connected to this line conductor. These include, for example, the television, lighting, refrigerator and freezer, telephone system, and heating systems.
