- Safety onsite
- Properly Disconnect / Isolate the Inverter
- Turn the Key to stop Position
- Gently open the door of the Connection Cabinet of the inverter
- Switch off auxilliary circuit breaker ( F119 )
- Switch off Main AC Breaker
- Isolate SSM from the Field
- Switch off the DC Load SSM breaker
- Open all DC String Fuses for Safety. Take out the fuses and put in safe place
- Check Below Cables
- Disconnect RS485 Data Connection Cable and Power Supply cable as shown in the Picture
- Take out the 4 Screws attached to the cover of the SSM Board
- Replace the old Board with the new one.
- Plug the Jumper on the lowest String Monitorning Board Unit if the SSM 24-21 is located on the last Sequence of the RS485 connection in the Pin Headed S1 to T
- Make a note of the serial number of the Unit Installed. This serial number is the one we have to detect on the SCSMC.
- Re-install all other parts that has been taken out ( e.g. Cover , DC fuses, , DC Load Breaker , Data and Power Cables as they were before. )
- Start Up the inverter
- Switch On Auxilliary Circuit Breaker ( F119 )
- Switch On Main AC Breaker
- Turn key to Start Position
