(jh) No, SMA has no access to encrypted data in the database. All data is used by SMA anonymously and within the scope defined in the General Terms and Conditions. This includes the use of customer data for display within the Sunny Portal product.
Forwarding person-related data to third parties is expressly forbidden and requires explicit approval.
