Even within the warranty period, it is possible that an inverter defect could result in a replacement subject to charge. Since the telephone or written error message does not provide us with an overview of the installation situation or other system parts, failures such as these cannot always be determined in advance. In order to provide you with information regarding the amount of possible costs in the event of a warranty exclusion, we send you a service offer subject to charge.
If your inverter is still covered by the factory warranty and all specified information such as the client and consignee is correct, it is not necessary to sign or return the order.
If your inverter is no longer covered by the factory warranty, you must sign and return the order.
