GMS not forwarded because this function has been deactivated
This message indicates that the data logger could not relay the grid management service (GSM) commands to the inverters.
Grid management service commands, e.g. power reductions, must be allowed in the data logger. If the parameters are not set correctly, these commands can not be relayed to the inverters and this error message appears.
Corrective measures:
Configure the parameters for the grid management service correctly, as described in the SMA Cluster Controller and Power Reducer Box user manuals. If the Power Reducer Box is used in conjunction with the Sunny WebBox Bluetooth (not 485), the parameters in this must also be activated correctly.
