Data transmission aborted
This message indicates that a data transmission failed in the past. It will only be transmitted from the Sunny WebBox to Sunny Portal once the connection has been reestablished. This message can also appear, for example, after maintenance work and short-term power outages.
Corrective measures:
There is normally no need for immediate action.
If the message appears repeatedly, however, the data connection should be checked:
- Check GSM network / input
- Check permanent internet connection
If no external causes can be found during checking of the data connection, please contact SMA Service.
