No, as for optional use of PV arrays, a fixed connection of the PV array is required.
It is not designed for use with a plug-in system (CEE), as when removing the plug whilst operational, this can cause brief reverse voltages on the end of the plug for a maximum of five seconds, and this can be fatal.
